FIGURE SKATEWEAR® RETURNS AND POLICIES
Purchasing a skating dress or costume from Figure Skatewear® is easy, but the process does depend on what you intend to purchase. Certain restrictions and policies do apply however. Please review all our policies below before making your purchase.
CUSTOM FIGURE SKATEWEAR® NEW DRESSES FOR SALE:
Dresses sold to clients under the new category are “ALL SALES FINAL, NO RETURNS" and are by contract status only. Clients that purchase new custom skating dresses from Figure Skatewear®, can have Figure Skatewear® sell their dress for them and receive a credit once the dress is sold. Please note that credits can only be applied to another custom dress made to order. Credits can never be applied towards design fees! Please visit our "How to Purchase" page for specific details on how to purchase a custom skating dress from Figure Skatewear®.
CUSTOM FIGURE SKATEWEAR USED DRESSES FOR SALE:
Dresses being sold for clients under the used category are “ALL SALES FINAL, NO RETURNS". Custom used skating dresses sold by Figure Skatewear® are not the property of Figure Skatewear® and are sold for our clients as a valued added service. Because the dresses are actually the property of another other than Figure Skatewear®, all sales of this type dress must be final. Like clients that purchase new custom skating dresses from Figure Skatewear®, clients that purchase used dresses can also have Figure Skatewear® sell their dress for them and receive a credit once the dress is sold. Please note that credits canonly be applied to custom dresses that are being made to order. Credits can never be applied towards design fees.
FIGURE SKATEWEAR® BEADED OFF-THE-RACK NEW DRESSES:
Beaded Off The Rack new dresses (Competition Dresses) that are instock here at the design studio may be returned for a size exchange or store credit at your option. We do not offer money-back refunds on beaded off the rack dresses, only exchanges! Returns must be made within 10 days and all items must be UNWASHED, UNWORN GARMENTS, WITH THE ORIGINAL FACTORY TAGS INTACT. For hygiene reasons, dresses without the attached original tags will not be accepted for any returns. Please call for return instructions prior to return. Ship & handle & Rush charges are not refundable. If the dress was ordered from the factory and shipped to me for beading, it is considered a "special order" and is not returnable.

Beaded Off-The-Rack used skating dresses (Competition Dresses) sold by Figure Skatewear® are not the property of Figure Skatewear® and are sold for our clients as a valued added service. Because the dresses are actually the property of another other than Figure Skatewear®, all sales of this type dress must be final. Like clients that purchase new custom skating dresses from Figure Skatewear®, clients that purchase Off-The-Rack used dresses can also have Figure Skatewear® sell their dress for them and receive acredit once the dress is sold. Please note that credits can only be applied to custom dresses that are being made to order.Credits can never be applied towards design fees.
FIGURE SKATEWEAR® CURRENT LINE OF DRESSES:
Figure Skatewear® current line of dresses that are purchased from us and are instock here at the design studio can be exchanged for another dress. From date of purchase, a exchange must be made within 10 days. Shipping of the return and shipping of the new dress are the clients responsibility. We ship Fedex ground. Returns cannot be shipped via USPS, they must be sent Fedex ground or UPS. Dresses that are "special order", meaning they ship from the factory, are final sale and cannot be returned. Please call with any fit questions. We will be happy to help you choose the right size.
